Rhythm in Bronze...here i come!!!!
My second try-out for the RIB group was worth every bit...
I GOT IN!!!...like yeay!!!!
Last year..i got in for a second audition and flunked.
this year..i thought i flunked the re-assesment again....until i received a call from Jillian Ooi herself spilling me the news
man i just can't read scores!...i depend most on my hearing skills rather than papers filled with numbers....
nothing much to shout about...i've been selected as one of the sub-principal player (out of 2 picked from the audition)
they currently have 10 principal players...
just so you know...the principal players are somewhat pros...and the subs are yet to be trained...
but i'm just deadly excited...
can't wait to lay my hands on the beautiful bronze again...

i pun g audition, tp failed - sebab i cant read the scores nor have a ear for the music :P heheh

so bila ada performance? dato' faridah mentioned that RIB rehearse in evenings. Maybe we can catch up at KLPAC. I normally there for the gamelan thingy on saturday afternoons.

yea. the schedule is a bit here n there....some saturdays and sundays and more frequent in december and january..
btw.i'll be joining the saturday classes ...(the next following week).. hope to see u there...
